The complainant will be informed in writing the outcome of the investigation and any decision that has been made.

If having exhausted South East Energy Assessors complaints process, the complainant is dissatisfied with the outcome and feels there are grounds for taking the matter further, the complainant may refer the complaint to South East Energy Assessors Accreditation Scheme.
